Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a strong background in B2B services sales and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Develop tailored proposals and present solutions to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and client engagements
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2B services sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle effectively
- Strong understanding of corporate/client relationship management
