Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a strong background in B2B services sales and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Develop tailored proposals and present solutions to potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
  • Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and client engagements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2B services sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle effectively
  • Strong understanding of corporate/client relationship management
