We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of content creation, lead generation, and sales-oriented marketing, with proven experience managing and growing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow company social media pages across relevant platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, and community management).

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and conversion.

  • Develop engaging content including graphics, short videos, reels, and captions aligned with the brand.

  • Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance, and provide basic reports and insights.

  • Support sales and marketing efforts by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects online.

  • Collaborate with management to align digital strategies with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media pages (content and audience engagement).

  • Demonstrated lead generation and conversion experience (not just posting).

  • Ability to share previous work, including content created and pages managed.

  • Strong graphic design and basic video editing skills.

  • Background or experience in sales and marketing will be a strong advantage.

  • Good communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
