Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Monitor costs and recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management processes.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA(K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role.
• Proven experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or a similarly fast-paced industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High levels of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
