Key Responsibilities

Engage customers visiting the store and provide product information and demonstrations.

Promote products and services to drive in-store sales and achieve targets.

Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively advise customers.

Ensure merchandise is well displayed, stocked, and organized.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper records.

Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or in-store promotions will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
