Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers visiting the store and provide product information and demonstrations.

  • Promote products and services to drive in-store sales and achieve targets.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively advise customers.

  • Ensure merchandise is well displayed, stocked, and organized.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper records.

  • Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or in-store promotions will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
