Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Promote and sell products to walk-in customers

  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness

  • Handle basic sales transactions, invoicing, and receipts

  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary

  • Participate in stock counts and support inventory management

  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum KCSE Certificate; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in retail or in-store sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • Basic computer skills (POS systems experience is an advantage)
