Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Promote and sell products to walk-in customers

Provide accurate product information and recommendations

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness

Handle basic sales transactions, invoicing, and receipts

Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary

Participate in stock counts and support inventory management
-
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum KCSE Certificate; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage
-
At least 1–2 years’ experience in retail or in-store sales
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
-
Basic computer skills (POS systems experience is an advantage)
