We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst / Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and management by providing insights, process improvements, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance data, pipelines, forecasts, and conversion metrics.

Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency and revenue growth.

Support sales teams with data insights, pricing analysis, and territory performance reviews.

Review and improve sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Work closely with management to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.

Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools (CRM systems an added advantage).

Experience working with sales teams and commercial data.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
