We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst / Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and management by providing insights, process improvements, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data, pipelines, forecasts, and conversion metrics.

  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency and revenue growth.

  • Support sales teams with data insights, pricing analysis, and territory performance reviews.

  • Review and improve sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with management to translate business needs into actionable insights.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools (CRM systems an added advantage).

  • Experience working with sales teams and commercial data.

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
