Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert calls into consistent business.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote medical products.

Handle inbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Provide basic product information and pricing to customers.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in telesales, call center sales, or direct sales.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or sales tracking tools.

Experience in medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales will be an added advantage.
Education & Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Additional sales training or certification will be an added advantage.
