Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert calls into consistent business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote medical products.

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

  • Provide basic product information and pricing to customers.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, call center sales, or direct sales.

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or sales tracking tools.

  • Experience in medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales will be an added advantage.

Education & Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Additional sales training or certification will be an added advantage.
