We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Tour Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, highly knowledgeable in Kenyan routes and destinations, and skilled in designing exceptional itineraries for both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design detailed and well-structured tour itineraries for local and international tourists.

  • Advise clients on destinations, routes, accommodation, activities, and travel logistics.

  • Handle tour enquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups professionally.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Kenyan tourist routes, attractions, and travel seasons.

  • Coordinate with drivers, guides, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to tour completion.

  • Support sales and marketing efforts through tour packaging and client engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tour Consultant or Travel Consultant.

  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan tourism routes, destinations, and circuits.

  • Experience handling local and international tourists.

  • Excellent itinerary planning and costing skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Additional certification in travel, tour operations, or customer service will be an added advantage.
