About the Role

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to verify training data, detect fraudulent entries, and ensure compliance with our standards. If you have a criminology background and a keen eye for detail, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Verify farmer training data daily via the partners’ portal.
✅ Conduct call-backs to confirm trainings and purchases.
✅ Detect fraud and investigate misconduct patterns.
✅ Analyze trainer performance and report findings.
✅ Provide feedback to Regional & County Coordinators.
✅ Prepare daily & weekly reports on verification progress.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Criminology, Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
📌 Minimum 1 year of experience in verification, fraud detection, or compliance.
🔍 Strong fraud detection and analytical skills.
📝 Excellent communication & reporting skills.
⏳ Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & data analysis tools.
