Role Overview:

Develop and implement business strategies to position us as a fintech leader.

Identify and secure high-value partnerships with merchants, retailers, and distributors.

Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team in Kenya.

Stay ahead of fintech trends and leverage market insights for growth.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
Qualifications:
✅ 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales in fintech/payments.
✅ Proven track record of closing large-scale B2B/B2C deals.
✅ 3+ years of leadership experience is a plus.
✅ Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
