Our client is looking for a dynamic Remote Regional Coordinator to support our mission of transforming the agricultural sector! If you have a background in agriculture, sales, and project coordination, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and support trainers from 7 PM – Midnight to ensure daily and weekly themes are well understood.
- Assist in trainer retention by maintaining good relationships during discussions.
- Facilitate training, client engagement, and business development in assigned counties.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive adoption of the clients solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Strengthen relationships with partners, trainers, and stakeholders for project success.
- Work with Regional Coordinators to ensure smooth training and project implementation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Production, Agriculture Extension, General Agriculture, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, training, or sales within the agricultural sector.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and trainers.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
