Job Summary:
The Execution Manager (EM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business,
ensuring efficiency across logistics, customer service, fleet management, financial planning,
and workforce management. This role requires a strategic leader with strong problem-solving
skills, the ability to manage a team of approximately 20 staff members, and expertise in the
moving industry. The EM will drive operational excellence, cost management, and customer
satisfaction while aligning business strategies with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Logistics Management
Oversee daily execution of moving, storage, and relocation services.
Ensure timely scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of moves.
Monitor fleet maintenance, compliance, and cost control.
Develop and implement operational SOPs to streamline efficiency.
Conduct regular supplier audits and cost assessments (every 6 months).
Ensure proper inventory management and resource allocation.
- Financial & Strategic Management
Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and cost control strategies.
Analyze economic trends affecting the business and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure revenue growth through operational efficiency and customer retention.
Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and manage employees for optimal productivity.
Conduct monthly performance reviews and implement corrective measures.
Lead and implement company-wide training programs.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Customer Service & Quality Assurance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Monitor feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Oversee quality control and service standards to minimize claims and damages.
- Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Implement best practices for compliance with legal and operational requirements.
Manage fleet inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Business Development & Market Analysis
Identify growth opportunities and market trends.
Develop strategies to improve company positioning and competitiveness.
Oversee the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Project Management
Lead the planning and execution of business improvement projects.
Track and evaluate the success of implemented initiatives.
