🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Aggressively market and sell import/export services
✅ Coordinate with international agents and logistics partners
✅ Handle site surveys, prepare quotes & follow up on payments
✅ Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to job completion
✅ Analyze job P&L, manage documentation, and track KPIs
✅ Maintain compliance with global trade regulations
✅ Provide timely reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager

🎓 Requirements:

📘 Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
🌐 4+ years’ experience in import/export/logistics
💬 Excellent communication & customer service skills
🖥️ Proficient in MS Office and logistics operating systems
📦 Knowledge of international trade compliance laws & customs processes
