As a Regional Coordinator you will oversee project implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, drive adoption of digital agricultural tools, and manage field operations across counties.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate region  activities.

  • Train users (trainers & inseminators) on the client Apps.

  • Support sales growth and drive digital product adoption.

  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships with government and partners.

  • Recruit and mentor assistant coordinators for regional success.


✅ KEY REQUIREMENTS

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Animal Production

    • Agricultural Extension & Education

    • General Agriculture

    • Sales & Marketing or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:

    • Project coordination

    • Training

    • Agricultural sales

🧠 Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and meet sales targets

  • Comfortable using digital tools and mobile apps

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively

  • A collaborative and supportive team player

  • Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel
