🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive tour and travel sales from new and existing clients.

• Handle reservations, travel documentation, and detailed itineraries.

• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after trips.

• Coordinate with safari drivers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate travel costings.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Travel & Tourism (a degree is an added advantage).

• Minimum of 3 years experience in travel consultancy or tour operations.

• Certifications such as IATA are preferred.

• Proficient in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, French, etc.) are a plus.
