Roles & Responsibilities

Overseeing fit-out projects from beginning to end
• Managing budgets and estimating construction costs
• Designing and specifying interior space components including cabinetry and furniture
• Determining necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed for each project
• Preparing reports regarding job status
• Ensuring all deadlines are met
• Hiring contractors and staff including construction laborers
• Delegating responsibilities to the right project personnel
• Designing and planning spaces for construction
• Quality control of work done at site.
• Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.
• Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed
fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.
• Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to
improve their performance at site.
• Close out and hand over project.
• Resolving any problems that may arise during construction
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Any other duties within the scope of your work as assigned to you by your supervisors
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in interior Design/Diploma from a recognized institution
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
• Registered with a professional body will be an added advantage
• A thorough technical understanding of building and construction management
• With at least 5 years of successful work as a Project fit out supervisor/manager
• Experience in management of construction fit out finish with high standard
• Site Interior Design work experience
• Business Possess business etiquette with a strong work ethic, high level of
honesty/integrity, results oriented and ability to deliver under pressure
• Ability to handle clients on site and represent the company professionall
