Key Responsibilities:

✅ Review architectural plans and determine quantity needs
✅ Estimate costs of materials and labor for construction projects
✅ Prepare contracts, tender documents, and cost analysis reports
✅ Set and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and update forecasts
✅ Negotiate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
✅ Advise clients on construction improvements, strategies, and cost estimates
✅ Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive reports
✅ Ensure compliance with property taxes, regulations, and local construction laws
✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients, site managers, and contractors
✅ Utilize software to track inventory, costs, and project milestones

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution
✔ Registered with the relevant professional body and holds a valid practising license
✔ Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role
✔ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
✔ Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
✔ Solid knowledge of construction practices and cost control
✔ A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
