Job Purpose

To install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems.
Ideal candidate:

• 10+ years of hands-on solar installation experience

• Holds a valid T3 License from EPRA

• Solid grasp of AC/DC systems

• Solar design skills are a plus

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems (modules, inverters, batteries, etc.)

• Follow design specs, safety protocols, and best practices

• Routine maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs

• Conduct site assessments & system tests

• Keep detailed installation documentation

• Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring plans

• Work with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with codes and electrical safety

• Mentor junior technicians

• Keep work sites clean and safe

📚 Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in solar PV system installation

• Valid T3 License (EPRA)

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, etc.

• Skilled in:

  • AC/DC systems

  • Grounding & surge protection

  • Solar design tools (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope – optional)

  • Use of multimeters, hand tools, and testing equipment

• Experience in both grid-tied and off-grid/hybrid systems is preferred

• Must be physically able to work at heights and outdoors
