About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join the team. This role blends data analytics, sales operations, and technical support to ensure smooth functioning of our sales and warehouse systems, including DMS, eCommerce, and ERP platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, driving operational excellence, and enabling the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Data & Analytics

Conduct data quality checks in line with SOPs.

Support customer service and field staff with data-related queries.

Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical reports.

Identify risks and propose solutions through data insights.

Implement customer surveys and analyze feedback.
📈 Sales Operations

Support daily operations of the sales function.

Review sales opportunities for accuracy and process orders upon deal closure.

Assist the sales team in using DMS, eCommerce, and ERP systems.

Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to improve data quality and processes.
🛠Technical Support

Provide end-to-end support for all tech products (DMS, eCommerce, ERP).

Troubleshoot issues, document bugs, and escalate as needed.

Monitor systems for failures and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Produce regular technical support reports.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Business Systems Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a tech or data support role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.

Knowledge of ERP and business intelligence systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
