Our client through the project office, is undertaking the development of a state-of-the-art 250-bed hospital in Nairobi. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to the Project Director to provide strategic administrative, operational, and coordination support during this critical phase.
Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution, governance efficiency, and effective communication with shareholders, consultants, regulators, and partners. The position requires a dynamic professional who thrives in high-level project environments, maintains strict confidentiality, and ensures momentum in achieving project milestones.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Project Director’s calendar, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement.

Coordinate shareholder, board, and project team meetings including agendas, minutes, and action trackers.

Monitor and track project milestones across EPC, finance, legal, ESG, and clinical workstreams.

Support communication with consultants, vendors, investors, and regulators.

Draft executive summaries, presentations, and investor/regulatory reports.

Maintain governance and project documentation with strict confidentiality.

Handle procurement support, HR onboarding, and logistical arrangements for site visits and audits.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field.

Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) or Executive Assistance is an added advantage.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a senior administrative, PA, or executive assistant, preferably in healthcare, consulting, or large-scale corporate projects.

Proven experience supporting senior leadership, boards, or project teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
