Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about ensuring efficiency in warehouse operations? Our client is looking for a Dispatch & Sourcing Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing dispatch operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, enforcing compliance standards, and supporting optimal warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and ensure all dispatched products match customer orders and are routed correctly.

  • Manage dispatch operations both physically and in ERP systems (Odoo).

  • Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and ensure 100% stock accountability per shift.

  • Schedule dispatch trucks and monitor adherence to timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and safety protocols.

  • Reconcile products and assets received or returned at the facility within agreed SLAs.

  • Generate and present accurate reports, insights, and recommendations for process improvement.

  • Perform daily stock analysis to ensure FIFO is implemented and minimize wastage.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce risks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in dispatch, sourcing, inventory, or warehouse operations (FMCG or e-commerce industry experience is an added advantage).

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred), MS Excel, and inventory management tools.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control, and warehousing best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports for decision-making.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
