Our client is seeking an experienced Fit Out Supervisor to join the dynamic team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will oversee interior fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage fit-out projects end-to-end.

• Budget management and cost estimation for construction works.

• Design and specify interior space components, including cabinetry and furniture.

• Manage contractors, staff, and resources to meet project deadlines.

• Conduct quality control and enforce safety regulations and building codes.

• Prepare progress reports and liaise with regulatory authorities for approvals.

• Ensure timely project close-out and handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution.

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

• Professional registration is an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit Out Supervisor/Manager.

• Proven track record in managing construction fit-out finishes to high standards.

• Strong technical knowledge in building and construction management.

• Excellent client-handling, leadership, and communication skills.

• High integrity, results-driven, and ability to perform under pressure.
