Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Dean of Students to lead student affairs at our institution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student life, well-being, and professional development, with proven experience in the education field, preferably within the TVET sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee student welfare, health, accommodation, and psychosocial support.

• Establish and manage career services, internships, and industry linkages.

• Coordinate co-curricular activities, leadership development, and student governance.

• Enforce discipline, manage grievances, and promote an inclusive campus culture.

• Drive student orientation, integration, and mentorship programs.

• Ensure compliance with TVET Act (2013), TVETA, and TVET CDACC standards.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in student affairs, preferably in a TVET institution.

• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proven ability to build industry partnerships, manage internships/attachments, and align student development with labor market needs.

• Excellent organizational, administrative, and ICT skills.

• High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
