Are you a dynamic nursing professional passionate about delivering quality, patient-centered care? Our client is seeking a Homecare Services Supervisor to oversee the delivery of home-based care services across assigned regions.

In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, support staff development, and enhance client satisfaction. You will act as a vital link between frontline teams and clinical leadership to drive continuous improvement in outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise nurses and caregivers, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.

  • Conduct audits, field visits, and performance evaluations.

  • Lead care planning, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Nursing Council of Kenya regulations and internal policies.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff while organizing CPD sessions.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, families, and physicians.

  • Monitor patient safety, infection control, and clinical risk management.

  • Prepare periodic reports and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.

  • At least 3 years of clinical and nursing leadership experience.

  • Experience in home-based healthcare is an added advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
