Our client, a fast-growing agri-tech company revolutionizing the fresh produce and dry cereals supply chain, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Meet sales targets and ensure profitability through effective planning and budgeting.
✔ Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports for senior management and the Board.
✔ Develop annual, quarterly, and short-term budgets in consultation with Finance.
✔ Track company performance against budget and recommend solutions for variances.
✔ Set, cascade, and monitor realistic sales targets for the team.
✔ Map potential customers, generate leads, and open new opportunities.
✔ Devise strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
✔ Promote the brand in consultation with key trading partners.
✔ Recruit, mentor, and motivate the sales team — including performance management and incentive schemes.
✔ Lead business review meetings with Depot Managers and other key forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA an added advantage).

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales leadership, preferably within FMCG, agri-business, or distribution.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

  • Data-driven decision-making ability with strong analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to implement change management and leverage technology in sales operations.
