Our client a college is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Officer to lead our growth initiatives and drive student enrollment across all programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms to generate quality leads.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, corporates, and community organizations.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Prepare performance reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure team accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the education sector.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media campaigns, and lead conversion strategies (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
