Our client a college is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Officer to lead our growth initiatives and drive student enrollment across all programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Develop and execute business development strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms to generate quality leads.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, corporates, and community organizations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Prepare performance reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure team accountability.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the education sector.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media campaigns, and lead conversion strategies (mandatory).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
