Our client is looking for a dynamic, organized, and forward-thinking Supply Chain Manager to lead the sourcing, warehousing, and distribution operations.

If you thrive on structure, data, and continuous improvement, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline all supply chain functions — sourcing, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

  • Develop and enforce SOPs that strengthen controls, minimize losses, and improve efficiency.

  • Manage and improve ERP (Odoo) systems and Power BI dashboards for accurate data and visibility.

  • Oversee stock intake, dispatch, returns, and quality control processes to ensure minimal waste and maximum accuracy.

  • Implement demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to balance supply and customer demand.

  • Lead and mentor the sourcing and warehouse teams, ensuring clear performance expectations and growth.

  • Drive continuous process improvement — identifying issues before they escalate and ensuring lasting solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating effectively to ensure cost efficiency and product quality.

  • Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs (inventory accuracy, stock availability, turnaround times, and cost savings).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (a postgraduate or professional certification such as CIPS or APICS is an added advantage).

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or distribution management, ideally within FMCG or fresh-produce sectors.

  • Proven experience managing ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

  • Strong background in warehouse operations, demand planning, and supplier management.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills — able to motivate teams and implement accountability.

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving operational challenges.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for efficiency, structure, and measurable outcomes.
