About the Role
Our client is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives to drive the growth of their animal feed products across key regions in Kenya.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in agri-sales or animal feed distribution, a deep understanding of the local market, and solid relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, and retailers.
This role calls for someone who knows the field, understands the customer, and can translate that knowledge into consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and market penetration of animal feed products in the assigned region.

Identify and develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, monitor competitor activities, and strengthen client engagement.

Work closely with distributors, agro-vets, and key accounts to ensure product availability and visibility.

Plan and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Provide timely feedback and reports on market trends, customer needs, and field activities.

Represent the brand professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in sales of animal feeds, agri-inputs, or related products.

Strong client network and deep understanding of the regional market dynamics (please specify your preferred region).

Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Motorbike or driving license will be an added advantage.
