About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and business-minded Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments. This role requires someone with strong experience in distribution or business operations and a proven ability to build HR structures, systems, and processes from the ground up.

As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will drive people initiatives that enhance productivity, culture, and performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with operations and business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and procedures that support growth and operational excellence.

  • Lead end-to-end talent management – from acquisition and onboarding to performance and retention.

  • Champion culture-building, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR standards.

  • Provide HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in a distribution, logistics, or operations-driven organization.

  • Hands-on experience developing HR systems and processes from scratch.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
