Reports to: Head of Logbook Product

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through effective marketing and customer recruitment.

  • Appraise loan applications and ensure only high-quality loans are issued.

  • Monitor daily repayments and maintain strong portfolio repayment performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all lending policies and procedures.

  • Oversee delinquency management and ensure timely escalation of overdue cases.

  • Prepare timely monthly performance reports.

  • Provide leadership to Logbook Agents and uphold excellent customer service.

🎯 Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Microfinance, Banking, Co-operative Management, Business Admin/Management or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a microfinance institution.

  • Must have worked for at least 2 years in current/previous employer.

  • Good computer literacy and ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills.

  • High integrity, sound judgment, and strong decision-making ability.

  • Must be self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
