🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership aligned with the institution’s mission and values

  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective academic and training programs

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance learning environment for staff and students

  • Lead recruitment initiatives and support the development of a high-performing academic team

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance institutional reputation and community engagement

  • Ensure compliance with TVETA, TVET CDACC, NITA, and other regulatory standards

  • Support continuous improvement of CBET programs, policies, and implementation


🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Medical, Health Sciences, or related disciplines

  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

  • Registered and licensed by TVETA

  • Completed Technical Training Education (Pedagogy)

  • Currently holding or previously held a leadership position

  • Minimum 3 years’ active experience in technical training education (college or university level)

  • Proven experience in educational leadership

  • Strong understanding of TVETA, TVET CDACC, and NITA regulatory processes

  • Demonstrated experience in CBET programs, policies, and implementation
