Key Responsibilities

Sell electronics and hardware products to walk-in and repeat customers

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support

Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and proper product display

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns professionally

Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail store

Support promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably electronics or hardware

Good understanding of electronics and hardware products

Basic computer skills (POS systems, invoicing, MS Office)

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
