Key Responsibilities

  • Sell electronics and hardware products to walk-in and repeat customers

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support

  • Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and proper product display

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns professionally

  • Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail store

  • Support promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably electronics or hardware

  • Good understanding of electronics and hardware products

  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, invoicing, MS Office)

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
