Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions

Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and reports

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections

Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, NHIF/SHIF)

Manage tax filings and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulators
-
Strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures
-
Monitor expenditure and advise management on cost control
-
Supervise finance staff and support performance management
-
Provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
đ Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
-
CPA (K) or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
-
Minimum 5â7 yearsâ experience in finance and accounting
-
At least 2â3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
-
Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory requirements
-
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
-
Experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
