Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Create and manage monthly content calendars across social media platforms.

Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote moving and relocation services.

Conceptualize and coordinate marketing skits, reels, and engaging video content to increase brand visibility.

Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms including social media, website, and paid campaigns.

Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.

Plan and execute lead generation strategies including paid ads, SEO, and email marketing.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication channels.

Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign development.

Strong ability to create content calendars, marketing plans, and engaging digital content.

Experience developing creative skits, reels, and viral marketing ideas.
-
Knowledge of lead generation strategies, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance metrics.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
-
Highly creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
