Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase student enrolment.

Promote the school’s programs, facilities, and achievements through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Manage and grow the school’s social media presence and online visibility.

Organize and coordinate open days, school tours, marketing events, and community engagement activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, prospective parents, and partner organizations.

Track and report on marketing campaigns, enquiries, and conversion rates.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and positioning of the school.

Support the administration in developing promotional materials, content, and branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the education sector is an added advantage).

Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
-
Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
