Our client, a fast-growing boutique lodge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The lodge blends modern comfort, personalized service, and tranquil hospitality , and is looking for a leader who can uphold and elevate these standards while driving performance and team excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experience and consistently high service standards
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and cost control initiatives
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Coordinate events, conferences, and group bookings
• Develop and implement operational policies and service improvements

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in hotel/lodge management, preferably in a boutique or resort setting
• Proven experience in team leadership and operations management
• Strong understanding of hospitality systems, revenue management, and service delivery
