Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures across ACCA levels (Knowledge, Skills, and Professional).
- Teach core papers including Taxation, Financial Reporting, Financial Management, among others.
- Prepare, review, and continuously update teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with ACCA standards.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and performance support to students.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve pass rates.
- Stay up to date with ACCA syllabus changes, examination techniques, and industry trends.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Fully qualified ACCA or CPA (K).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience, preferably in ACCA or professional accounting programs.
- Strong command of ACCA content and examination techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with online/virtual teaching platforms is an added advantage.
