Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures across ACCA levels (Knowledge, Skills, and Professional).
  • Teach core papers including Taxation, Financial Reporting, Financial Management, among others.
  • Prepare, review, and continuously update teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with ACCA standards.
  • Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and performance support to students.
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve pass rates.
  • Stay up to date with ACCA syllabus changes, examination techniques, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Fully qualified ACCA or CPA (K).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience, preferably in ACCA or professional accounting programs.
  • Strong command of ACCA content and examination techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with online/virtual teaching platforms is an added advantage.
