Key Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and engage potential clients
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Education
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) – mandatory
- Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Willingness and ability to work evening/night shift (3PM – 12AM)
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement is an added advantage
Compensation
- Base Salary: KES 10,000 per month
- Commission Structure:
- 10% commission on revenue from new clients (first month)
- 3% recurring monthly commission on retained clients
