Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across schools, bookstores, institutions, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of books and related products to schools, bookstores, distributors, and institutional clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the client base
  • Work closely with publishers and suppliers to ensure product availability and market alignment
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the publishing/book industry
  • Prior experience working with publishers is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of book distribution channels and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
