Our client is seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients dealing with a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions
  • Diagnose mental health conditions and offer evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams where necessary
  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and families
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Registration with the Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association (KCPA) or relevant professional body
  • Valid practicing license
  • 2+ years’ relevant clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
