Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging videos, reels, graphics, and multimedia content
- Capture and edit content during trainings, field activities, and events
- Develop scripts, captions, and storytelling concepts for campaigns
- Manage and schedule content across digital platforms
- Support marketing and sales initiatives through impactful content
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Communication, Media, Marketing, Film, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in content creation
- Strong skills in videography, photography, editing, and design
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
