Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging videos, reels, graphics, and multimedia content
  • Capture and edit content during trainings, field activities, and events
  • Develop scripts, captions, and storytelling concepts for campaigns
  • Manage and schedule content across digital platforms
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives through impactful content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Communication, Media, Marketing, Film, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in content creation
  • Strong skills in videography, photography, editing, and design
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
