Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the institution.
  • Ensure compliance with TVETA regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  • Oversee academic excellence, curriculum implementation, and student performance.
  • Manage staff performance, institutional operations, and administrative functions.
  • Drive student enrollment, retention, and institutional growth initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders, industry players, and regulatory bodies.
  • Promote discipline, professionalism, and a positive institutional culture.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid TVETA Trainer/Assessor License (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a TVET institution.
  • Strong understanding of TVETA compliance and accreditation requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
