Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the institution.
- Ensure compliance with TVETA regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Oversee academic excellence, curriculum implementation, and student performance.
- Manage staff performance, institutional operations, and administrative functions.
- Drive student enrollment, retention, and institutional growth initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Foster partnerships with stakeholders, industry players, and regulatory bodies.
- Promote discipline, professionalism, and a positive institutional culture.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid TVETA Trainer/Assessor License (Mandatory).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a TVET institution.
- Strong understanding of TVETA compliance and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
