Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrolment and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team to consistently achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, corporate clients, and community stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, career fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Drive digital and field marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from enquiry to student admission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
