Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrolment and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team to consistently achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, corporate clients, and community stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, career fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Drive digital and field marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from enquiry to student admission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
