Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role as a First Line Manager within the pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
* Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
* Strong strategic planning and performance management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
