Key Responsibilities

The role involves leading and coordinating procurement and supply chain activities. Responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating procurement processes and purchasing activities.
• Supporting supplier sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management.
• Monitoring orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Supporting inventory and stock availability planning.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Supporting cost control and efficient use of resources.
• Ensuring procurement activities follow company procedures and applicable requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 7–12 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
• A professional qualification in procurement or supply chain management is an added advantage.
• Experience with imports is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be based at the Head Office – Langata

Salary

The monthly salary range is KSh 70,000–110,000, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and suitability.
