Our client is seeking a results-driven and creative Hospital Marketing & Partnerships Officer with proven experience in healthcare marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building strategic partnerships, strengthening the hospital brand, and driving patient growth through both digital and conventional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for hospital services and facilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, website content, online ads, email marketing)

Coordinate conventional marketing activities including outreach programs, community activations, events, and print media

Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, NGOs, doctors, and other stakeholders

Promote specialized hospital services and facilities to increase patient uptake and brand visibility

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide marketing decisions

Manage hospital branding and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance and ROI
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (mandatory)

Proven experience in both digital and conventional marketing
-
Strong background in partnership development, corporate marketing, and stakeholder engagement

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities will be a strong advantage
