Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients through outbound sales efforts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance

Requirements

• Strong command of spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation

• Base Salary: KES 15,000 per month
• Commission Structure:
  • 8% commission on revenue from new clients (first month)
  • 3% recurring commission on revenue from retained clients (from month 2 onwards)
