Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and engage potential clients
  • Convert leads into paying customers
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Education

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) – mandatory
  • Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
  • Willingness and ability to work evening/night shift (3PM – 12AM)
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement is an added advantage

Compensation

  • Base Salary: KES 10,000 per month
  • Commission Structure:
    • 10% commission on revenue from new clients (first month)
    • 3% recurring monthly commission on retained clients
