Powervision Consultancy is recruiting for a Clinical & Operations Services Assistant in Nairobi. The role supports daily clinical operations, field staff coordination, healthcare service delivery, documentation and operational continuity within a home-based healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will support the coordination of clinical and operational activities, maintain accurate records, communicate operational updates and help ensure that field services continue efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily clinical operations, including scheduling, deployment and service coordination.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, service logs and client records.
• Record and follow up on incidents, service disruptions and safety concerns, including corrective-action documentation.
• Communicate deployment instructions, schedule changes and operational updates to field staff.
• Track field staff attendance, readiness and performance documentation.
• Provide operational updates to clients as directed by the Head of Clinical & Operations Services.
• Coordinate with Shared Services on transport, uniforms, equipment, safety and logistics.
• Support HR with field staff documentation, onboarding readiness and performance records.
• Maintain readiness checklists, service continuity logs and operational dashboards.
• Assist in maintaining service continuity during emergencies, staff shortages or operational disruptions.
• Uphold professional, ethical and confidential standards in all clinical and operational activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a relevant clinical field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in nursing, clinical operations, field staff coordination, healthcare service delivery or healthcare administration.
• Practical experience in clinical documentation, field coordination or healthcare service delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced home-based healthcare environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
• Experience in home-based or community-based healthcare will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in digital tools and basic administrative systems.
