Our client is seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients dealing with a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions
- Diagnose mental health conditions and offer evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams where necessary
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and families
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- Registration with the Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association (KCPA) or relevant professional body
- Valid practicing license
- 2+ years’ relevant clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
